Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end professional supply growth, from acquisition through long-term retention and LTV
- Lead recruitment marketing across SEO, paid acquisition, content, partnerships, and organic social
- Build and optimize lifecycle programs that drive activation, repeat engagement, and shift frequency
- Develop segmentation strategies by profession, geography, tenure, and behavioral signals
- Partner with Product, Ops, and Support to improve onboarding, in-app engagement, and retention loops
- Scale a professional-first brand narrative that reinforces trust, empowerment, and career mobility
- Use data to identify supply gaps, geographic mismatches, and diminishing returns across channels
- Own professional-side KPIs including CAC, activation rate, retention, utilization, and LTV
- Lead experimentation around new acquisition channels, referral programs, and incentive structures
- 7-10 years in B2C growth, healthcare marketing, recruitment marketing, or marketplace supply growth
- Proven experience scaling acquisition and engagement at high volume
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention mechanics
- Experience in marketplaces, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
- Data-driven, operator-minded, and comfortable owning ambiguous growth problems
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with Product, Ops, and Analytics
