We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who is ROI-driven, digitally curious, and eager to scale high-performing growth channels in complex industries like marketplaces, healthcare, or SaaS. This is a strategic, high-impact opportunity to own paid acquisition while pioneering GoTu’s visibility across emerging AI search and discovery platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid performance channels including Google Ads, PandoLogic, Direct Mail, and others
- Optimize CAC/CPA and lead quality through creative testing and end-to-end funnel improvements
- Develop segmentation strategies and attribution frameworks to better measure and optimize performance
- Drive GoTu’s visibility in AI-powered discovery platforms through proactive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Monitor and explore paid placements across emerging answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
- Deliver regular reporting on KPIs and actionable insights to inform growth strategy and executive decisions
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales to ensure acquisition efforts align with company goals.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in marketplace, SaaS, or healthcare industries
- Proven success managing and scaling paid acquisition channels with a focus on lead generation and ROI
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign measurement and attribution
- Curiosity or prior experience in AI/LLM platforms, with a desire to lead innovation in this space
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
