Join Gotion as a Customer Quality Engineer Intern, supporting our efforts to ensure top-tier quality and customer satisfaction for battery cells, modules, and packs. You'll gain hands-on experience with customer feedback handling, data analysis, and problem-solving while working closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams.
This is a 10-week internship that will last from June 2026 to August 2026. The expected pay rate for this position is $20/hr.

What You’ll Do
- Help log and track customer quality complaints and assist with 8D reports
- Support failure analysis activities and help document findings
- Assist with collecting and organizing faulty parts and inspection data
- Perform basic visual and electrical checks (training provided)
- Help maintain the faulty parts database and track common failure types
- Prepare materials for customer meetings, reports, and audits
- Support customer visits alongside senior engineers
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Materials Science
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Interest in quality engineering, data analysis, and customer-facing work
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn tools like Excel, Minitab, or Power BI
- Ability to travel occasionally with the team
