Duties

- Handle order entry processes efficiently, verifying details and ensuring timely processing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering clear solutions and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience with data entry tasks in an office setting or clerical environment.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook & QuickBooks.
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
- Must have Electrical acknowledgement and/or worked in the field.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
