Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide high-quality counseling services in a fully remote setting. This role centers on supporting clients through consistent telehealth care, helping them address personal challenges, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with clear treatment plans. Your day-to-day work will include counseling sessions, assessments, documentation, and ongoing clinical follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions to assigned clients
- Identify clinical needs through intake assessments and ongoing evaluation
- Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns
- Keep accurate and organized documentation in line with clinical standards
- Help clients develop practical strategies for emotional and behavioral wellness
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical counseling practices
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Mississippi
- At least 2 years of counseling experience preferred
- Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Comfortable using online platforms and electronic health record systems
