Licensed Professional Counselor
We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time work-from-home telehealth role. This position is designed for a clinician who wants to provide consistent therapy services in a remote setting while keeping a predictable Monday to Friday schedule.
You will work directly with clients through virtual appointments, complete assessments, establish treatment plans, and maintain the documentation needed to support quality care. This role plays an important part in helping clients manage challenges and make progress over time.
Position Details:
Location: Texas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counseling through a telehealth platform
- Conduct client evaluations and establish treatment goals
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical records
- Support clients through evidence-based counseling approaches
- Review outcomes and adjust treatment strategies when needed
- Uphold confidentiality and all applicable care standards
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience providing mental health counseling services
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with telehealth technology
- Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote setting
