Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time remote position providing telehealth counseling services to individuals who need consistent mental health support. In this role, you will meet with clients through virtual sessions, help them work through emotional and behavioral concerns, develop treatment plans, document progress, and support meaningful clinical outcomes through steady, structured care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual counseling sessions to individuals through a telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
- Develop treatment plans based on client needs and clinical goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Apply evidence-based counseling methods in session
- Support clients with coping strategies, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Tennessee LPC license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
