Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Location: Washington
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual mental health counseling to clients located in Washington
- Develop treatment plans and support client progress over time
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain ethical, confidential, and professional standards of care
- Support clients through evidence-informed counseling practices
Requirements
- Must hold an active Washington license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experience in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work
- Comfortable working in a telehealth / remote environment
- Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a virtual caseload with professionalism
