Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Arizona
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
An opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time therapy services in a remote telehealth environment. This role focuses on helping clients navigate mental health concerns through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support. The day-to-day work is practical and client-centered, with a strong focus on clinical care, continuity, and measurable progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual intake appointments and regular therapy sessions
- Assess emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs
- Develop treatment plans and update them based on client progress
- Maintain organized and timely progress notes
- Provide clinically appropriate therapeutic support and interventions
- Address crisis situations according to established procedures
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Arizona LCSW license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- 2 weeks PTO
