Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Monitor and track short term rentals.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, and data analysis.
- Order and manage cleaning supplies and inventory for short term rentals.
- Support the team in project management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform general office duties, such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
