We are a Local St. Louis Property Management Company who is looking for Part Time Service Technicians who are experienced in apartment and house troubleshooting and repairs. Must be motivated, a self-starter, able to work alone & get the job done right the first time in the allotted time. This is NOT a home remodeling job. You will be working at properties that are occupied with tenants in them.
We are looking for someone with a clean appearance, good customer service skills & a positive attitude. We are a privately owned, no nonsense company who believes in rewarding its employees who go above and beyond.... not who just come to collect a paycheck. This position is a Part Time position 2-3 days a week. You can chose which days of the week you want to work Monday-Friday & they will be the same each week. We offer Flex schedules, but you must chose sometime during the hours of 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. This position would be perfect for someone who has retired, but still wants to work 2-3 days a week.
You will work in different locations throughout a day. You will need your own vehicle to get from job to job & will be responsible for arriving to your scheduled appointments on time at the tenants homes to perform service calls.
Applicant must have:
-Must possess good work ethics, excellent communication skills, ability to complete work orders in provided timeframes, & other tasks given by Management. Can follow directions, is a team player & uses common sense.
-Must have a valid driver's license & current auto insurance.
-Must have own vehicle with proof of insurance that you will be using to go from job to job.
-Must pass a background check.
-Must have your own tools.
-Must be available Monday -- Friday & possibly some weekends for emergencies.
-Must be willing to work in/around & drive to the Metro St. Louis Area to include St Louis County, St. Louis City & Jefferson County
-Must have extensive knowledge in the following: Troubleshooting, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall Repair, Painting, Appliance Repair.
*Bonus if have knowledge of: Roofing, HVAC & tuckpointing experience

The Service Technicians report to the Maintenance Supervisor. In coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor he/she insures the operation and proper appearance of each property, both interior and exterior. Must have extensive knowledge of building maintenance. Conform to company approved dress code. Conduct all business in accordance with and follow company policies/procedures, Fair Housing, American with Disabilities Act, state & federal laws, OSHA, real estate, property management laws and all other laws pertaining to housing.
