What You'll Do

• Keep the floor running strong by maintaining a clean, organized workstation and production area.

• Follow production guidelines and safety standards to ensure our products meet the highest quality.

• Prepare finished products for shipment, helping get our cheese into the hands of customers nationwide.

• Operate production line equipment - from unboxing cheese to preparing it for the shred machine.

• Spot issues early and communicate with your supervisor to keep everything running smoothly.

• Jump in where needed to support the team with additional tasks.

 What You Bring

• Sharp attention to detail and strong organization skills.

• Accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth and reliable production flow.

• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.

• A self-driven, hard-working attitude with a commitment to doing great work.

• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs while staying active on your feet.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Thursday occasionally Fridays
• 6AM to 6PM
• NO WEEKENDS!!

Pay

• Training pay starts at $17.55/Hour with a potential to reach $19.55/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
