Night Skilled Operator / Whey Department

Join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality dairy products in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to grow with us.

• Operate and monitor whey filtration and separation systems
• Load cream and WPC trucks safely and efficiently
• Collect and document product samples as required
• Manage silo levels, including switching and performing CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes
• Coordinate with permeate truck drivers for loading and logistics
• Operate whey separators to ensure proper product separation
• Transfer and handle product as needed throughout the process
• Assist in pasteurizing cream used in butter production
• Monitor computerized production and cleaning systems
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support team operations and take on additional duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others

Schedule:

Thursday - Saturday from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am (every other Wednesday)

Alternating 4 days or 3 days off per week.

Pay

• Training pay starts at $18.80/Hour with a potential to reach $22.30/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
