Finance Intern Salary Inquire Position Internship / Fellowship Location Elkhart, IN Spheros is a global technology company and market leader in the development and manufacture of thermal management solutions for all city buses, coaches and refrigerated transport fleets. We are looking for an intern to join our Finance team. Your Challenges… – Process financial transactions: Enter data into the accounting ERP, process vendor invoices, and manage payments in accordance with company policies and procedures. – Maintain financial records: Verify, code, and post business transactions while keeping financial files, ledgers, and databases accurate and up to date. – Reconcile accounts: Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy and identify any discrepancies. – Ensure compliance and accuracy: Perform all financial activities in accordance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company regulations. – Assist with audits: Gather, organize, and provide documentation and reports to support internal and external audit requests. – Archive: Maintain a well-organized archiving system for invoices and all supporting financial documentation. Qualifications Let’s Talk About You… – Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable processes. – Experience with ERP accounting systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred). – High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation. – Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace tools. – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
