Core Responsibilities
Sourcing & Posting
- Manage and optimize job postings on Indeed and other platforms to attract qualified restaurant management candidates across BIBIBOP and Charley's locations
- Sponsor and monitor Indeed campaigns to maximize visibility and drive strong applicant flow
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and local community channels
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep pipelines warm
- Partner with hiring managers across both brands to understand open roles and what great looks like for each position
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify strong candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and store and field leadership
- Keep candidates engaged and informed at every step — no one gets ghosted on your watch
- Support new store openings for both BIBIBOP and Charley's by sourcing and screening management candidates ahead of launch
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all hiring activity is properly documented
- Track open roles, applicant flow, and hiring progress to keep stakeholders across both brands updated
- Assist with creating and refreshing job descriptions as needed
- Takes ownership of their requisitions
- Follows through on every candidate interaction — no dropped balls, no ghosting
- Stays organized while juggling open roles across two brands simultaneously
- Communicates proactively with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Treats every touchpoint as a reflection of the GOSH Enterprises brand
- Is motivated by helping people find their next opportunity — and takes that responsibility seriously
- Embraces a fast-paced environment and finds a way to get things done
- High School degree/GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Indeed — posting, sponsoring, and managing job listings is a big plus
- Comfortable managing multiple open roles across multiple brands at once and staying organized under pressure
- Strong communication skills — warm, professional, and responsive with both candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with an ATS or willingness to learn quickly
- A genuine interest in the restaurant or retail industry is a bonus
- Bilingual is a plus!
