The Designer is responsible for executing high-quality, brand-aligned creative across a variety of marketing channels. This role works closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns and initiatives to life through thoughtful, effective visual design.

Core Responsibilities
Visual Design & Execution
- Design and produce creative assets across print, digital, and in-store channels — including menus, signage, marketing collateral, social media, and web graphics
- Execute design work based on established brand guidelines and creative direction
- Apply strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and production standards
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotions through visual design
- Adapt existing creative across multiple formats and channels
- Assist in preparing design files for print and digital production
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and brand teams to support creative needs
- Work closely with senior designers to refine concepts and execute final deliverables
- Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files according to specifications
- Organize and maintain design files and assets
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all outputs
- Deliver polished, on-brand creative with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines effectively
- Create and adapt high-quality assets across print, digital, social media, signage, and in-store formats using Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate professionally by incorporating feedback, supporting team needs proactively, and preparing accurate production-ready files for print and digital channels
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of professional design experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills across print and digital
- Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer brand environments
- Familiarity with digital and social media asset creation
- Exposure to environmental or in-store design (signage, menus, décor)
- Basic knowledge of print production and file preparation
