Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum focused on learning technology, digital literacy, and computer skills tailored to elementary /MS students’ developmental levels
- Adapt lessons to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring accessibility for all students
- Manage classroom environments effectively through positive behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies
- Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development, instructional modifications, and integrating technology into broader educational programs
- Communicate as needed with parents regarding student progress, behavioral updates, and ways to support learning at home
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards while fostering a caring classroom environment that celebrates Christ
Experience
- Prior classroom teaching experience in elementary or primary education settings is preferred
- Demonstrated success in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation within a school environment
- Familiarity with platforms for tracking student progress and parent communication tools
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and instructional modifications for varied learning needs
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
