Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Acquisitions professional based in Great Neck, NY. The Real Estate Acquisitions professional will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, performing financial analysis, negotiating purchase agreements, and managing acquisition processes. Additional responsibilities include market research, maintaining relationships with brokers and other stakeholders, and assessing property value and risk.
