Job OverviewGorilla Graphics is a growing vehicle wrap and commercial printing company seeking an experienced Production Specialist to join our team. This role is hands-on and production-focused, requiring prior experience in wide-format printing, laminating, and basic-to-intermediate graphic design. The ideal candidate understands production workflows, works efficiently under deadlines, and takes pride in high-quality output.This is not an entry-level position. Proven experience in a print or sign shop environment is required.Key Responsibilities:Operate wide-format printers and laminators with minimal supervisionPrepare print-ready files and perform basic design edits as neededPrint, laminate, trim, weed, and mount graphics for wraps, signs, decals, and bannersInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and color consistencyMaintain organized production areas and manage material usageAssist with job prioritization and production schedulingFollow shop standards, material specifications, and installation requirementsRequired Qualifications:1 years of experience in a print, sign, or wrap shop production roleHands-on experience with wide-format printing and laminatingWorking knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop a plus)Strong understanding of print setup, bleed, scaling, and file prepAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentHigh attention to detail and quality controlPreferred (Nice to Have):Experience with vehicle wrap materials (Orafol, 3M, Avery, etc.)RIP software experience (Onyx, Caldera, Flexi, or similar)Basic understanding of color managementExperience trimming, mounting, or assisting with installationsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceConsistent, full-time workOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling wrap and print shopProfessional, production-focused environmentHow to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief summary of your relevant production experience.
