Cleaning Technician (EVENING SHIFT 6pm-Midnight)

Our Small Family Owned Company is in Current Need to hire for a Full Time & Part Time position to fill our Commercial Work within:

1. Berwyn/ Wayne Area

SCHEDULE: PART-TIME & FLEXIBLE

We ask that you are available anytime between 3pm and 12am (Midnight)

You have the ABILITY to set YOUR OWN schedule to fit your personal life as long as it is within our work schedule available below:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. Work window between 3pm and 12 Midnight.

*Saturdays - it's a huge plus if you are available to work rotating Saturdays, typically 1 Saturday per month (partial day, not a full day), but it's not necessary.

PAY:

1. Pay starts at $16/h for the training period which takes 2 weeks

2. Right after training: pay will be increased to $17/h as long as there are no attendance or quality concerns (your performance and attendance are tracked w/weekly evaluations)

3. From there, we will increase your pay regularly as long as there are no attendance and quality concerns.

Our goal is to have you anywhere between $18-$19 per hour within 3 to 6 months.

4. Travel Pay- We will pay you for travel between jobs! see travel below

SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL:

1. Occasional Travel might be required. We service The Main Line Area.

2. We pay for your travel only between jobs, meaning you are not paid for the travel from your home to the first job and from the last job to your home

4. You are paid at minimum wage $7.25/h while driving between jobs

5. Your work and travel are tracked with GPS through our app

To be considered for employment with us you MUST:

1. Have a valid Driver’s License

2. Have a reliable vehicle with up to date insurance and registration.

3. Pass background check

5. Speak English well enough to comfortably communicate in a spoken and written English.

6. Be able to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including, but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds

7. Have a smartphone with data plan & texting/calling capabilities
