Cleaning Technician

Greener Grass Cleaning Services is a professional commercial and residential cleaning company. We provide a number of cleaning services to local businesses and homeowners within the Montgomery County area. We pride ourselves on being dependable, detailed and friendly to our customers as well as our employees. We are currently looking to fill a part-time cleaning position Monday thru Friday evenings and periodically, Sunday afternoons.

We have work availability in the following area(s):

-Ambler, PA

Job Responsibilities:

Duties for this position require, but are not limited to the following:

- Cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing of building/property as assigned (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfecting surfaces, etc.)

- Tasks may include window cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor maintenance and/or disinfecting large areas.

- Restocking supplies and paper products as needed.

- Completing special cleaning projects and detail tasks as assigned.

- Must follow all health and safety guidelines.

- Must be able to work both individually and/or as a team depending on the job and location.

Job Requirements and Expectations:

Applicant must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle to travel from one location to another, if needed.

Experience with cleaning and disinfecting chemicals.

Experience with floor care and maintenance preferred.

Willing to travel up to 45 minutes from one location to another, if needed.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Ability to handle and operate heavy machinery and equipment, if needed.

Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, independently.
