Maintenance Coordinator with Gorge Rentals Property Management
Monday – Friday 730-4pm full time
An established property management team is hiring for a Maintenance Coordinator.
This position requires attention to detail, ability to establish relationships with tenants, owners and vendors and the ability to prioritize maintenance calls. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated individual who enjoys working in a team environment.
Our fast paced business involves working with the public both in and out of the office environment. This position calls for strengths in efficiently organizing daily tasks, and receiving directions from team members with a positive attitude.
Skills needed:
- Fundamental knowledge of home maintenance.
- Operate standard office equipment including multi-line phones and basic computer applications like Word, Excel, Email. Google sheets
- Phone skills to ask questions and communicate with tenants and owners
- Basic math calculations.
- Communicate written and oral instructions/directions to others.
Abilities
- Some lifting, bending and carrying Up to 50lb., climb stairs.
- Work independently and as a team.
- Multitasking
An all-weather working vehicle is imperative with a current driver’s license and insurance.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
