This role sells premium new and pre-owned boats and delivers world class customer experience from first conversation to delivery. You will build relationships, manage your pipeline, and help customers choose the right boat for their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, referrals, events, and online inquiries.
Guide customers through the full sales process, from needs discovery to close.
Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
