CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customers with tailored solutions for HVAC and home comfort needs
- Consult with new and existing customers, offering custom system designs and our exclusive maintenance program
- Lead the sales process with confidence, clarity, and a customer-first approach
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction
- Re-engage all open bids and leads to convert them into sales
- Overcome objections and highlight standout features, pricing, and financing options
- Prepare professional sales orders
- Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Participate in trade shows, referral networks, and sales-driven events
- Work occasional evenings/weekends on an on-call rotation
YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of Outside Sales Rep experience
