Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Indiana, PA
Reports to: Logistics Manager
Gordon Sinclair is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Indiana, PA plant.
This role is a great fit for someone with warehouse or receiving experience who likes to stay active, keep things organized, support the team, and help make sure materials are received, moved, and stored correctly. If you are dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily receiving and warehouse activities
- Make sure inbound materials are received accurately and on time
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Coordinate material movement to support production and fulfillment
- Direct daily work and help keep team members on track
- Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or material handling
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfortable working on the floor and staying involved in daily operations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Forklift and warehouse equipment experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Stand and move throughout most of the workday
- Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and more with assistance
- Bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive hand movements as needed
