Key Qualifications
- 5 years of litigation legal secretary experience, preferably in a fast-paced defense firm environment
- Familiarity with Oregon and Washington state and federal rules of civil procedure, including e-filing in both jurisdictions
- Experience supporting plaintiff-side cases in King County, WA or matters involving provisional process is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Milana docketing software is a plus
- Excellent analytical, written communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
