The Oregon Legal Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional part-time Intake & Client Services Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients. This position involves answering calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating client intake, and helping clients navigate the onboarding process with compassion and attention to detail.
20-25 hours per week | $24-$30/hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally
- Prior experience in administrative, intake, reception, or client service roles preferred
- Experience in a law firm or professional office is a plus
