- Research case information, utilizing online and internal resources
- Gather supporting documents and evidence for attorney review and case preparation
- Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment
- Prepare and file legal documents (South Dakota/North Dakota Federal & State Courts)
- Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, docketing, e-filing and procedures
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office 2016 computer skills
- Knowledge of iManage/Filesite, iTimekeep, and Chrome River is a plus
