Responsibilities include supporting attorneys, working with paralegals and other staff, opening matters, reviewing case material, filing in state and federal court, organizing files, submitting expense reports, handling mail, docket/calendar, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$80,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.

Qualifications
- Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in filing in state and federal court, including Odyssey and PACER.
- Knowledge of iManage/Filesite, iTimekeep, and Chrome River is a plus.
