Key Accountabilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to every guest
• Prepare and serve food according to Gordon Ramsay standards for quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in line with health and safety requirements
• Operate kitchen and service equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with prep, restocking, and inventory management as needed
• Follow opening, closing, and side work procedures consistently
• Support the team across various stations to ensure smooth operations
