The Porter Must Have
- A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to Gordon Ramsay’s high standards.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles preferred, but not required.
- A focus on safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures.
- A willingness to support both kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations.
- Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors.
- Remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner.
- Complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards.
