We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Treasury to support our Treasury function. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a treasury, accounting, or finance-related role, and possibly an advanced certification such as a CPA, CFA, CTP and/or accounting background. This individual will play a key role in cash management, forecasting, reporting, and supporting treasury operations.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Treasury to support our Treasury function. This individual will play a key role in cash management, forecasting, reporting, and supporting treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances, bank transactions, and liquidity needs.
- Support cash forecasting by analyzing cash flows, ensuring efficient utilization of funds.
- Assist with bank account administration, including opening/closing accounts, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash flow analysis, liquidity reporting, and financial modeling.
- Support debt compliance by ensuring adherence to loan covenants and preparing required reporting packages.
- Assist with foreign exchange transactions and hedging activities as needed.
- Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure proper reconciliation of cash transactions.
- Support treasury system enhancements and process improvements to drive efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets.
- Support ad hoc projects, including M&A transactions, financing activities, and treasury-related initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with banking relationships, treasury systems, and financial instruments is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
