We’re looking for a confident, positive, and service-minded professional to join our team as a Part-Time Intake Assistant. In this role, you’ll be the first voice clients hear—setting the tone for an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is relational, empathetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on client service
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable using office technology and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Required Experience and Education
- College degree, some college education, or current student status preferred
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Inbound telemarketing experience
- Two years of experience in a law firm or similar setting
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Customer service background
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
