Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Independent Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 1099 commission-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking, and helping small businesses thrive. The role involves selling Goose Global Media’s marketing and media services to new clients and earning ongoing commissions from each client’s purchases for one year after signing.
Compensation
• 10% profit commission on all closed deals for one (1) year after the client signs with Goose Global Media.
• No commission cap — unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential small business clients in need of marketing, branding, and digital media services.
• Present and explain Goose Global Media’s service packages clearly and confidently.
• Generate and follow up on leads through email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
• Coordinate with the Goose Global Media team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client communications.
Requirements
• Proven sales experience preferred (marketing, advertising, or service-based sales a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Reliable access to phone, email, and internet.
• Familiarity with small business marketing or digital media services is a plus.
Contract Type
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role. Sales Representatives are responsible for managing their own taxes and are not classified as employees of Goose Global Media LLC.
