What You’ll Do
- Outbound Outreach: calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.
- Relationship Support: Help manage follow-ups, track conversations, and keep prospects engaged.
- Join Sales Calls: Sit in on discovery and sales calls to learn the sales process and help with prep and follow-up.
- Pipeline Organization: Update lead lists, track activity, and keep everything organized and accurate.
- Research: Research potential clients, industries, and opportunities to support outbound efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales and support day-to-day sales initiatives.
- Interest in sales, business development, or corporate wellness
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
- Comfort with tools like LinkedIn, GSuite, and Excel
- A proactive, “figure it out” attitude
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work East Coast hours
- Prior sales or BD experience is a plus but not required for internship candidates
- Direct mentorship from experienced sales leadership
- Hands-on experience with real sales outreach and client engagement
- A collaborative, supportive team focused on wellness
- Remote-friendly and flexible within East Coast hours
- $20/hour
- *up to 20 hours per week
- Must be able/willing to work East Coast hours
Salary : $20
