Position Overview

Goodyear Lawton is currently seeking motivated Production Associates to join our heavy manufacturing plant. In this role, your daily work directly supports the tire manufacturing process across various machine operations.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay: $20.64 – $23.30 / hour
• Shift Differential: Rotating bonus of $0.75 / hour
• Wage Progression: Starts at 70% of the full rate, increasing by 10% every 6 months until full rate is achieved.
• General Wage Reviews: Evaluated twice per year.
• Work-Life Balance: Plant schedule includes 7 consecutive days scheduled off every 28 days.

Key Responsibilities & Description

• Gain hands-on manufacturing experience producing high-quality products in a safe environment.
• Operate and monitor machinery in alignment with strict safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials (at least 50 lbs regularly), climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment (Ramsay testing), background check, and drug test.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
