Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner Qualifications

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with orthopedic, vascular or pain management
• Active DEA license
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in the EHR system
  
  

Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary in the $150K-$170K range
• Productivity bonus
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
