- Proven track record in a higher volume restaurant with sales exceeding $4 million.
- Strong self-starter with a positive attitude and a people-first mentality.
- We’re looking for a candidate with strong P&L/financial acumen, operational and leadership management experience
- Must have owned a portion of P&L and can speak to numbers of the business
- Passion for craft cocktails and resort life.
- Ability to motivate others and take pride in developing a team.
