What You’ll Do
- Lead from the floor, setting the tone for a guest-first, hospitality-driven culture
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing FOH team through hands-on leadership
- Create an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated
- Drive guest satisfaction through active floor presence and meaningful engagement
- Anticipate and resolve guest needs with professionalism and care
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service and execution
- Hold the team accountable to high standards while maintaining a positive, respectful culture
- Support daily operations, staffing, and service flow in a high-volume setting
- 5 years of leadership experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- A true hospitality leader who leads on the floor and puts guests and people first
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop teams
- High level of energy, ownership, and personal accountability
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge with a passion for quality
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with P&L, labor management, and cost controls
- Food safety certification required; hospitality or culinary degree is a plus
