Treasury Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience across Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, or Finance
• Experience within financial services, real estate, or capital-intensive organizations preferred
• Strong comfort reviewing loan documents and extracting compliance requirements
• Co-manage loan facility administration and ongoing covenant compliance
• Prepare lender-specific financial statements tailored to individual credit facility requirements
• Calculate and monitor performance metrics across a commercial real estate portfolio
• Own and maintain cash forecasts for the parent company and affiliated entities
• Deliver periodic compliance packages to lenders in accordance with loan documentation
• Interface directly with lenders and loan servicers as needed
• Develop and implement processes for continuous compliance monitoring
• Support treasury analytics and reporting for senior management
• Partner closely with FP&A and cash management teams to support liquidity planning and short-term investment strategies
  
  

Treasury Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience in commercial real estate or real-asset environments
• Exposure to large or complex credit facilities
• Experience implementing or administering treasury workstations
• Background improving treasury operations through automation and process design
• Ability to operate comfortably in a growing, evolving organization
