Third Party Administrator Requirements And Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance claims, restoration, or TPA program management
- Direct experience with TPA portals (Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity, Accuserve, etc.)
- Proficiency in Xactimate and understanding of estimates, supplements, and pricing compliance
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and restoration workflows
- Experience working within a restoration company handling TPA-driven work
- Familiarity with SLAs, scorecards, and carrier compliance standards
- Knowledge of common claim deductions and approval processes
- Salary range of $55K - $65K, based on experience
