National Sales Rep Qualifications And Benefits
- Generous base salary and quarterly commissions.
- Health Insurance package / 401k / PTO
- Must have reliable transportation
- Prior industrial sales and B2B sales experience.
- Experience using a PC, Microsoft software
- Results driven / previous success achieving budgeted sales KPIs.
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Must have good communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter able to communicate effectively with management
- Work focused on a local geographic area, while targeting current and future prospects and interfacing daily with customers.
- Develop and grow current customer base
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Provide dedicated customer service and product support
- Develop and update ongoing business plan for achieving quarterly sales goals while maximizing results and a high level of customer service.
