Telehealth Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
In-Office | New York Licensed
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support telehealth urgent and primary care services in an in-office setting. This role requires delivering high-quality virtual care to Medicaid and Medicare patient populations while working within an established clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual urgent and/or primary care visits using a telehealth platform
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within scope of practice
- Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal telehealth regulations
- Identify cases requiring escalation or in-person referral
- Deliver patient-centered, compassionate virtual care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Meet established productivity, quality, and compliance standards
- Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active Medicaid provider enrollment (Medicaid ID card is required at time of hire)
- Active Medicare provider enrollment
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (urgent care or primary care preferred)
- Comfortable treating Medicaid and Medicare patient populations
- Telehealth experience preferred
- DEA license in good standing
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced clinical environments
