Team Operations Director Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring & onboarding care team members
• Creating and managing team schedules
• Providing training and supporting new hires
• Overseeing infection control and central supply programs
• Leading performance evaluations and team development
  
  

Team Operations Director Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse - Compact License or State of Utah
• 2 years in team management, preferably in senior care
• Scheduling and staff supervision experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred
