Our law firm client is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of structured finance experience. We are looking for candidates who have strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required. We are looking for candidates to be placed in either our Los Angeles or New York office. All candidates must be admitted to the California State Bar.
