Our client is a contractor supply distributor looking for a Spanish Speaking Store Manager for their retail location in San Jose, CA. We're looking for a high-energy candidate, distinctly collaborative, highly likable, extremely organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and leadership experience.Store hours are Mon-Sat 6:30 am – 4pm. Store Manager will be required to work every other Saturday.Store Manager Salary and benefits:Salary of $90 – 100k with $2k Signing Bonus!100% Health Insurance coverage for employeeSIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan (3% Company Match)PTO/Holiday/VacationStore Manager RequirementsMust be fluent in Spanish3 years of Store Manager Experience or 5 years in an Assistant Store Manager roleExperience with managing a budget including labor, and team sales goals Ability to manage all aspects of the property including warehouse, retail floor and company vehicles.Ability to work in the warehouse including operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment as neededStore Manager ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the store and warehouse including inventory controlsTrain, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnelFostering a customer-first environment Maintain and develop strong working relationships with employees, customers, and vendorsMonitor operational expenses and manage to specified budgets (weekly and monthly) and exceed store sales and margin goals
