Job Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and/or reviewing complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Conducting tax research and preparing clear, accurate technical memorandums
• Participating in client tax planning, strategy, and compliance initiatives
• Managing and prioritizing multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Communicating proactively with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver exceptional service
• For senior-level talent: leading engagements, mentoring junior staff, and managing review workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA is required
• 10 years of public accounting experience
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with client relationship management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidence

Compensation & Benefits:
