Sous Chef Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1 year as a Sous Chef
• Background in high-volume, high-pressure kitchens
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized, with high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
  
  

Sous Chef Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor BOH team
• Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained kitchen at all times
• Maintain strict quality control over food consistency and plate presentation
• Enforce punctuality and uphold company policies
