Cafe General Manager Benefits
- Base salary of $70-$80K based on experience
- Lucrative Bonus eligibility
- Health, Dental, and Vision benefits subsidized by the company
- 401 K with a substantial company match.
- PTO, paid holidays and a very generous allotment of Personal Days
- 2 years of prior General Manager experience
- Fast Casual Experience preferred.
- Ability to be hands on during service - this is not an office job.
- Solid tenure in previous roles
- Demonstrated ability to create a culture of warmth and welcome for both internal and external guests
