Core Responsibilities
- Oversee tenant improvement projects from kickoff through punchout
- Coordinate drywall, framing, ceilings, millwork, glass, doors, flooring, and finish scopes
- Validate field measurements and jobsite conditions prior to trade mobilization
- Identify constructability concerns early and implement proactive solutions
- Manage schedules, manpower, material flow, and sequencing
- Collaborate directly with field teams to resolve challenges in real time
- Maintain clear communication with clients, superintendents, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality finished spaces with minimal disruption to occupied environments
- Background in commercial interior subcontracting or specialty trades
- Strong ability to mentally assemble how systems integrate before installation
- Proven experience coordinating multiple trades within tight, schedule-driven spaces
- Technically curious mindset — understands how details impact downstream execution
- Self-directed and accountable, with an ownership-driven approach
